A recent innovation to both factories, in Leeds and Chesterfield, is the introduction of 5-axis CNC (Computer Numerical Control) trimming technology.  In house manufacture and development of jigs enable us to offer our customers accurate and improved quality, by giving complex machining profiles.  All programs are written in house by trained operatives and this new technology not only improves production led times but also guarantees the highest tolerances and product quality.  

Because of its 5-axis capability, more emphasis is given to the manufacture of precision components often only found in the 'injection moulding' process.
