But we at Bolton May Ltd have built our business on not letting people down with service and delivery and it is so important to us that our customers trust us to get the job done and on time! Because we have two production facilities in Leeds and Chesterfield, we can offer our customers added assurance that any urgent backup or assistance may be required can be provided with greater speed than having one large main facility many miles away from the customer. Because all our modern machinery is common to both companies we can transfer urgent requirements to the facility with available capacity within hours of receiving the order. It is anticipated that our third facility which will be based in Derby will be opening in early 1999 and will increase our levels of service to our customers by providing a 13-machine production capacity and create an additional 20 new jobs.

Our company has been specialists in vacuum forming since 1967 in which time many innovative production and finishing techniques have been developed and adopted in order to produce a finished product to the highest standard possible. We can easily satisfy any high volume requirement to pre-arranged schedules or produce single or low volume quantities on a next day basis.

Our large stocks of engineering thermoplastics enable our customers to receive small quantities of formings without paying premium prices with the flexibility of modest market introduction to research justification of volume production.

All tooling is designed developed and produced in-house by both companies using highly skilled engineers and pattern makers and is generally considered to be the most competitively priced in the industry.

Recognising that our customers rely on production time-scales and prompt delivery services to meet their own needs, we operate within strict manufacturing and delivery schedules agreed at the order stage. As many of our products are supplied to customers in overseas markets in addition to all UK areas we have comprehensive delivery services including our own transport to ensure a prompt and reliable customer service.
